Type of Event: Incentive Event

Siena’s magnificent ancient tradition of Palio – a centuries old yearly horse race – is held each year in July and August. A huge parade precedes the race, where each horse and jockey represents one of the 17 quarters of town – an event attracting visitors from all over the world.

Day one was dedicated to visiting to an important vineyard where our guests were welcomed by the owner and dined in the main villa. In the evening a guided visit of Sienna was followed by an unforgettable dinner with members of the local “Wolf” team held outdoors in Piazza della Fonte Nova.

The following day, a visit to San Gimignano was followed by lunch at an organic farm. In the afternoon, our guests were able to watch the parade and race from a private panoramic terrace with the best view on the square. The day was concluded with a typical Tuscan dinner.

The trip was concluded with a special visit of Florence which included a private viewing of the Vasari corridor followed by a private luncheon not far from the Boboli Gardens.
