Rome was host to a large international medical congress in June 2010.
One of the most prestigious French pharmaceutical companies invited 350 doctors to participate in the congress and organized a satellite meeting which was held in Rome’s most beautiful and ancient universities located right in the heart of the city. The auditorium worked perfectly for the plenary meeting, the historical cloister for the coffee breaks and lunch and the university classrooms for the numerous workshops.
As a special treat during the coffee break on the first day, one of the most famous artisan gelato makers offered the guests his delectable gelato and ices. A true gastronomic masterpiece served under the June sun – an exceptional experience!
With a view over the characteristic rooftops and domes of Rome’s’ skyline, the magical gala reception was held on a panoramic terrace.
