In May 2016, 90 participants from Nagra Kudelski came from all over the world to hold their annual seminar and team building event in Fiuggi, Italy. Known for it’s beauty and Acqua di Fiuggi (Fiuggi Water), the town was a stunning backdrop for the event.
The first two days of the event were dedicated to meetings to discuss company objectives and the latest results. The meals for these couple of days were all held in the magical Grand Hotel Palazzo della Fonte.
At the finale of two working days, the participants headed to a castle whose history goes back to Roman times. The castle was beautifully set up for the gala dinner. A welcome cocktail was held in the charming castle courtyard under the changing colors of the sunset. Then dinner was served in the main rooms of the castle: an unforgettable evening at a very special and private location!
The third day was dedicated to team building and culture. Early in the morning all of the guests went out for guided jogging – a great way to enjoy the rolling hills around Fiuggi and the amazing landscape views. The guests then had the choice of participating in the Pit Stop Game team building – constructing FIAT 500 cars from PVC ending with an actual car “race” – or a Cultural visit of Anagni, an important town located only a few kilometers away.
At the end of the activities they all met back together at a « Casale », an old farm that produces it’s own food products as well as wine. Among the vineyards, the guests had a simple lesson of “Pasta Making” followed by a large buffet of the farms products and wines to taste all of the local specialties. A perfect finish before heading to the airport to return home.
